Park Street Utilities Improvement Project

Project Update: March 3, 2025

Over the next two weeks there will be continued installation of storm water, sanitary sewer, and road base. There will be compaction around storm water lines, sanitary sewer, and of the road base. The old cast iron water main will be removed.

In the area of Tolbert St. to Arcadia St. there will be heavy equipment, digging, and compaction. There may also be disruption to water service. Those disruptions will be communicated with impacted properties directly.

During the last two weeks, all residential services and side street water mains were tied into the new water main. Information conduit is installed from Morrison Moore to Schultz Ave. The road base installation was installed from Morrison Moore to Tolbert Street.
