Purpose & Scope
The purpose of the City of Dahlonega Comprehensive Plan is to lay out a road map for the community’s future, developed through a very public process involving local leaders and stakeholders. The Comprehensive Plan includes identification of key needs and opportunities to address during the planning period, and an implementation program for achieving the vision and addressing the issues.
