Will the City pick-up garbage that is placed outside of the can?

The City is only responsible for garbage inside of the can or dumpster. If you have garbage that exceeds the capacity of the can or dumpster you may call City Hall with an explanation. Adding a can or dumpster at an additional cost may be necessary.
